How to Use
Face
Take a pea sized amount and warm between fingers before smoothing into face using a circular upward motion.
Body
Take a grape sized amount and warm between hands before smoothly all over. Use more if required.
Hair
Take a pea sized amount and warm between hands, use to smooth over frizz or tame edges.

I have had some irritation around my nose creases recently which this has really helped to soothe as well. I have sensitive/acne prone skin and it hasn’t caused any problems for my skin.
