  • European Union (EU)

We are excited to now offer shipping across Europe and are working to expand to additional international destinations in the future.


2. Processing Time

2.1 Order Processing:
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after midday on weekdays or over the weekend will begin to be processed on the next business day.


2.2 Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
    • Cost: £3.49 (Free over £50)
  • Express Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
    • Cost: £6.99

 


🇪🇺 European Union

  • EU Tracked Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
    • Cost: £8.95
  • EU Express Tracked Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
    • Cost: £12.95

 


4. Taxes, Duties & Customs (EU Orders)

For orders shipped to the EU:

  • Orders under €150
    • VAT is collected at checkout
    • No additional charges on delivery
  • Orders over €150
    • Import VAT, duties, and handling fees may be charged by the courier upon delivery
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend keeping orders below €150 to avoid additional customs charges.

 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as weather or high demand periods (e.g., holidays).


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • UK: Free standard shipping on orders over £50
  • EU: Flat rate shipping as listed above

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.


6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Missing or Lost Orders:
If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame, please check the tracking information provided. If the delivery status is marked as "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us at support@bloom-skin.co.uk as soon as possible.

6.2 Damaged Goods:
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with details and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged items for a replacement or refund.

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to change the address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is dispatched.


8. Restricted Delivery Areas

Some remote areas in the UK may have longer delivery times. If you are in a rural or remote area, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery. If delivery is unavailable to your area, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.


9. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction of results from our products. On the rare occasion that your items arrive damaged then we will provide a replacement or refund once the item has been returned back to us for inspection.
