Where to find Bloom Skin in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds

Bloom Skin is made in Gloucestershire, in small batches, by me. Which means one of the question I get asked most isn't about ingredients or shelf life. It's "where can I come and smell it?"
Balms, scents and candles are hard to buy blind. So here's where you can find Bloom Skin in person across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, and where to order from if you're further away.

This one means a lot to me. Koco Bloom have chosen Bloom Skin as their only skincare brand, so nothing else sits alongside it on their shelves. As well as the range you already know, there are pieces I make specifically for the studio: cold diffusion blends to scent the space, handcrafted essential oil candles, and more to come. If you're booked in for a class (red light therapy reformer Pilates available 😍), a treatment or you’re just sipping on tea in their incredible Japanese tea room, give yourself ten minutes either side to have a proper look.

Royle Collective is an independent store that exists to give shelf space to small and emerging makers, which is exactly the sort of shop I wanted Bloom Skin to sit in. It's full of ceramics, prints, jewellery and homeware from people who make their own things, and they run maker workshops too. They carry a selection of Bloom Skin products rather than the full range, so it's a smaller edit than Cheltenham. Worth a message before you travel if there's something specific you're after. Broadway sits just over the Worcestershire border, roughly half an hour from Cheltenham, so it's an easy add-on if you're heading to Broadway Tower or Chipping Campden. Worth checking their opening times before you travel.
Pop-up events across the Cotswolds
Through the year I do pop-ups at markets, seasonal fairs and shopping evenings around the Cotswolds. Dates get confirmed at fairly short notice, so Instagram and my email list are the first places they go up. Pop-ups are the best way to try the range properly, because you can smell every blend next to each other in one go. Choosing between the deodorant scents or the perfume oils is much easier when they're all in front of you.

Why buying from a small local shop actually matters
There's no factory behind Bloom Skin. I formulate, make, pot, label and pack everything myself, and I design and cut the labels at home. When a batch is gone, it's gone until I make more.
Small independent shops are the reason brands like mine get seen at all. Royle Collective and Koco Bloom both took a chance on a Gloucestershire skincare brand run by one person, and stocking a new name is a genuine risk for them. So when you buy Bloom Skin from either of them, you're supporting two small businesses in one go, not just mine. It's also better for the products. I deliver to Cheltenham myself, so nothing sits in a warehouse or gets shipped around the country before it reaches you.
And buying in person means less packaging, no return postage, and no guessing.

Not in a shop yet. For now it's Cheltenham, Broadway, pop-ups and online. Bloom Skin is also used with several local therapists for massage, reflexology and facials across the UK.
